Dancehall Aerobics is an authentic fitness program that combines old and new dancehall moves aswell as incorporate bootcamp movements to the vibrant riddims of the dancehall into a fun and exhilarating workout. Each dance moved is named and simplified for everyone to enjoy and learn!
We take it back to the basics with 90’s dances like “Bogle, Butterfly, whine, tick tock and move into now, 2000’s with dances like Punk rock, Move Dem, hot up, stylist moves and so on.Each class starts with a low impact dancehall workout, as the class progress the training increase.
